Imagine the shock he got when he opened his front door to see Stan there! After a few seconds of stunned silence the QPR jester introduced himself by saying “don’t you know who I am – I’m Stan Boardman!” Our victim replied “I know who you are but what the hell are you doing at my house?”

Stan then spent the whole evening at the party where he sank a couple of lagers, and entertained all the guests with some tales from football’s golden age that even Stan didn’t dare put in his autobiography.
